Executed specialized consulting services to secure environmental licensing from the Environmental Institute of Paraná and the São Paulo State Department of the Environment. Initially, in a consortium arrangement, an Environmental Impact Study (EIS) and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) were produced to support the issuance of the Preliminary License. Later, individual services were rendered to prepare the Basic Environmental Plan for securing the Installation Licenses. These activities included evaluating dam site alternatives with cost estimates, construction planning, and preparing the Basic Design Report for submission to the National Department of Water and Electric Energy (DNAEE) in support of the hydropower plant development.
