Intertechne Consultores S/A has become increasingly committed to the privacy of people on the internet, and mainly, the privacy of users (“User” or “You”) of the website. Therefore, Intertechne constantly seeks to comply with the legislation in force in the country on this topic, so that it is adapting to Law No. 13,709/2018 (“LGPD”). 

Thus, the processing of personnel will take place: (i) in a legal, fair and transparent manner, (ii) for specific explicit and legitimate purposes, and (iii) in an appropriate manner and limited to what is necessary in relation to those purposes. Furthermore, we will keep personal data accurate and updated, storing it in a way that allows for internal identification and only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing.

Intertechne will collect and process the data provided by the User through its website or through sharing by third parties, configuring it as registration and professional data, such as, but not limited to:

  • CPF [Individual Taxpayer’s Registry Number] 
  • Marital Status 
  • Intended Position

  • Professional History 

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the aforementioned processing means any operation carried out with the personal data provided, such as those relating to collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction.

  1. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION TIME 

We will not keep your personal data for longer than permitted by applicable data protection laws or for longer than is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was originally collected. As a general rule, we will delete your personal data after 5 (five) years and behavioral data after 6 (six) months, unless we have legal reasons for retention. 

Upon completion of these periods, we will delete your personal data. Additionally, we will erase your data where one of the following applies: 

(i) when You withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing; 
(ii) when You object to the processing and there are no predominant legal grounds for the processing; 
(iii) when your Personal Data is processed illegally; and 
(iv) when necessary to comply with legal obligations. 

It is important to highlight that the collected data and activity records will be stored in a safe and controlled environment, considering that Intertechne strives for the total security of your privacy.

Data provided by the User, as well as that collected automatically on the Intertechne website, may be shared with other companies that are part of its economic group. We may also share your personal data in the following situations: 

  • With partner companies, service providers and suppliers to develop activities aimed at serving you, including carrying out advertising campaigns; 
  • With government entities or other third parties, to protect Intertechne’s interests, in any type of conflict, including legal actions and administrative proceedings; 
  • To comply with a court order or at the request of administrative authorities that have legal competence to make the request. 

It is important that you know that we do our best to ensure that your personal data does not need to be shared beyond what is strictly necessary. We commit to updating this Policy whenever we notice that we need to include or exclude any sharing activity.

You, as the personal data holder, have the following rights:

(viii) information about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusal; and 
(ix) revocation of consent, if applicable. 

Where applicable, You also have the right to file a complaint with the National Data Protection Agency.

Personal Data collected in all processes of use and registration of our system, whether on the internet or in physical relationships, will be stored in a safe and controlled environment. 

Therefore, it is noteworthy that Intertechne prioritizes the complete safety of users from the moment of collection, processing and storage of this data. 

Therefore, we seek to prevent incidents from occurring regarding the information and Personal Data collected by Intertechne, which could compromise the reliability of the information assets that have been protected by the company, including unauthorized access, destruction of voluntary or accidental information, loss, alteration, unauthorized sharing or any form of inappropriate or illicit processing. 

  

  1. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LEGISLATION 

Any dispute arising from the terms set out in this Privacy Policy will be resolved in accordance with the General Data Protection Law, but not limited to it, in accordance with Brazilian legislation, with jurisdiction in the District Court of Curitiba, State of Paraná. 

We reserve the right to amend this policy in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Any changes to the terms of this policy will be published on this page. If we make substantial changes to the way we process your personal data, we will notify you as soon as possible and in the most effective way.
