In order to structure ongoing internal innovation projects and accelerate the creation of new ones, INTT launches at the beginning of 2024 an bold innovation project associated with the activities of the company and its employees, through an Innovation HUB.
According to the person responsible for the HUB, publicist, and specialist in New Business, it will work as an internal catalyst to attract ideas that can be transformed into innovation projects, as well as following the markets trends and potential synergies with the market that allow engagement in new services or products, aligned to the company’s objectives. “In addition to being a vector that wants to boost internal ideas, it will also seek innovations in the market, with adherence to the company’s areas of activity, which can generate innovation with the participation of the team and the culture of the company.”, she comments.
